This privacy policy describes how user information is collected and used in the BestShot AI app (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This Application is provided as a Free service to be used "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

Types of Information Collected

• Device ID (Terminal Identifier): Collected for authentication and security purposes
• App Launch Information: Collected to analyze app usage and improve the application
• Usage Data: Analyzes feature usage to enhance service quality
• Settings & History Data: Stores transformation history and settings locally (maximum 50 items)

* The Application does not collect user location information or precise location information.

Purpose of Collection

• Application feature provision, improvement, and optimization
• User authentication and unauthorized access prevention
• Provision of photo transformation services
• In-app ad delivery (planned for future implementation)
• Provision of important notices and marketing information

2. Data Storage and Methods

Local Storage

User transformation history and settings are stored in device storage (AsyncStorage). The information stored includes:

• Transformation history (maximum 50 items)
• Transformation settings (mode, background change settings, etc.)

Server Storage

User photo data is not saved to servers. Photos are only temporarily used for AI transformation processing.

After processing is complete, photo data is deleted from the processing server.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Collected information may be disclosed to third parties under the following conditions.

• Google (Firebase): Anonymized data may be provided for analytics and ad delivery purposes
• OpenAI: Photos are temporarily sent for photo transformation processing
• When required by law (such as complying with a subpoena or similar legal process)
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
• To our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have independent use of information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement

* Third-party disclosure will be done within the scope described in this privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

User provided data will be retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

If you would like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at the contact information below and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Transformation history is retained for a maximum of 50 items. Older data beyond this is automatically deleted.

6. User Rights and Opt-Out

Stopping Information Collection

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Access and Deletion Requests

Users have the right to request disclosure or deletion of information they have provided. If you wish to do so, please contact us at the contact information below. We will respond in a reasonable time.

7. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Photo data is securely sent only during transformation processing and is deleted from the server after processing.

8. Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (eerf0309+bestshotai@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take necessary actions.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to Privacy Policy by updating this page with new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using Application, you are consenting to processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
